RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from or through Gala Ventureprise LLC, and our websites, are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means

that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND TITLE

We don’t not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our location. All returns must be pre-approved by Gala Ventureprise

LLC at our discretion and may be subject to a return charge. In this situation, we do not take title to the refunded item (business

cards, posters and etc.).

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Gala Ventureprise LLC does not warrant that product descriptions or other

content on our websites are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered through our websites or their

respective suppliers is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

PRICING

List Price may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day.

We cannot confirm prices until you request a quotation or order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our websites,

catalogs or PDF books may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either

contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
